North Seattle College is looking to hire a Director of Workforce Education.
Salary Range for this position is $85,000 to $94,606 annually.

Position Summary
Under the supervision of the Vice President of Instruction, the Director of Workforce Education will be responsible for all operations and activities of the Workforce Education Department, including the BFET, Worker Retraining, Opportunity, Perkins, and WorkFirst grants. This includes development, implementation, and monitoring of program performance and assigned budgets in all of these programs. The Director of Workforce Education is responsible for the oversight and development of efficient and student-focused operational policies, processes, and procedures that facilitate marketing, access, enrollment, and completion of students eligible for Workforce Education funding programs and support.
This position supervises or co-supervises approximately 14 permanent team members, as well as temporary and student workers.
