Opportunity Description
North Seattle College is looking to hire a Program Assistant in the Math and Sciences Division.
Salary Range for this position is $39,627 to $51,307 annually.

Position Summary
Under the guidance of the Program Manager A, the Program Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Dean of Math & Science, organizing, and performing work related to the program operations of the division, and providing technical and clerical assistance to the students and faculty. As the front-line person, the incumbent is expected to provide students and staff with timely, accurate, and reliable information regarding the activities related to Math & Science and the interpretation and application of department policies and procedures in a professional, collaborative, multi-cultural environment.
This position is full-time, working 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday during office hours.
This position is governed by a collective bargaining agreement with representation by WFSE and is subject to union shop provisions.
