Looking for an individual with a flexible schedule to fill an opening for a per diem customer service representative. Must be an outgoing, energetic professional with excellent organizational skills and an ability to multi-task. You will be interacting with patients and staff in a busy medical office. Responsibilities include answering phones, scheduling, checking patients in, collecting copays, verifying insurance information and communicating with clinical staff. Position requires attention to detail. Medical office experience and experience with EMR strongly preferred.
Our office is open M-Th 8-6:30 and F 8-4:30. At times, we will have need to fill in for up to 40 hours/week to cover for vacations. We also anticipate a need for long term full time coverage beginning in December, that may be for up to 8-12 weeks.
