Secure Transfusion Solutions (“STS”) is an innovative high-growth company modernizing America’s blood supply. The current blood component focus at STS is pathogen-reduced, single donor apheresis platelets. The collection and manufacturing practices at STS establish the highest standard of safety across the industry. STS builds and operates blood collection centers under the Trusting Heart Blood Center (“THBC”) brand. Position: Organizational Development Manager
Location: This is a remote position with the ability to work from our many locations if local to that area in Raleigh, NC, Edina, MN, Beaverton, OR, Boise, ID, Omaha, NE, San Francisco, CA and Austin, TX.
The Organizational Development Manager will design, deploy, and support exciting talent initiatives, including leadership training, individual development plan discussions, recognition programs, and our unique first year onboarding experience. The successful candidate will have experience implementing people-focused programs, effectively building relationships with all levels and functions across the organization and creating practical means of measuring and ensuring success of development and engagement initiatives. This person in this position will be responsible to drive and oversee the professional development of the organization’s employees, ensuring that all employees receive feedback, coaching, and additional learning opportunities to aid in their growth. This position will be part of the People Operations team and report to the Director of People Operations.
The ideal candidate is meticulous, able to prioritize and work on multiple tasks simultaneously, excellent communicator and has a strong understanding of effective leadership, core values driven, and is excited to work in a nimble start-up environment. The Organizational Development Manager will be professional and engaging and can serve as a passionate representation of the company.
