We are actively seeking a Compensation Consultant to join our HR Center of Excellence†s Compensation team. This position will be responsible for developing, implementing, and administering various pay programs and policies across the organization including base pay programs, variable pay programs, pay policies, and ad hoc compensation projects and programs. Furthermore, this position will ensure that all pay programs meet business needs and support overall HR and business strategy.
