Assist wholesale customers in selecting proper parts or accessories in a professional and efficient matter.
Process invoices for parts to be delivered to customers
Locate and order parts for wholesale accounts.
Provide ETAs for open orders; assist customers with alternative options for obtaining backordered parts.
Assist retail customers at the parts window, and take payments
Efficiently take care of customer complaints and concerns to the satisfaction of both parties.
Maintain current accounts and solicit new potential business
Communicate any issues with accounts to wholesale parts manager
Assist in keeping the parts department clean and orderly
Performs other tasks as required by Wholesale Parts Manager.
Education and Experience:
-Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university; or three to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
-Knowledge of Reynolds & Reynolds DMS a plus
Compensation:
-Salary + commission, Based on experience
-6 paid holidays, health/dental/vision insurance, 401k

Pay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
