Sedulo Group, LLC is looking for a part-time Internal Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. The successful recruiter will collaborate with department and division leaders on a regular basis to understand their immediate internal staffing needs and to proactively identify future hiring needs. The recruiter should also be able to attract candidates using creativity and various sources, including traditional job boards, social media platforms and other networks.
Our ideal recruiter has a minimum of 5 years of experience recruiting as part of an HR department with functional experience in screening, interviewing and assessing candidates. Ultimately, the responsibility of the Internal Recruiter is to ensure Sedulo attracts, hires, and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.
