Selectis Health is growing again! We are adding additional HR support for our expanding portfolio of SNF, AL and IL facilities in Oklahoma and Georgia and are seeking a Payroll & Benefits Specialist with experience in the senior living landscape to partner with us in supporting our facilities and facility leaders. Key Responsibilities: • Perform all duties relative to the facilities payroll function • Accurately processing biweekly payroll within required timeframe, input payroll changes, pay rate adjustments, terminations, garnishments, and child support orders. • Accurately maintain all payroll files. • Ensure proper policies are being followed at the facilities. • Accurately inputs new hires into the payroll system. • Input payroll changes (address changes, benefit deductions, etc.) in the payroll system. • Keeps detailed records of wages paid and withheld. • Completes payroll adjustments ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the adjustments. • Prepare payroll checks in accordance with current pay periods to assure that employee checks are received on a timely basis. • Receives and answers inquiries from department heads and employees regarding paychecks, deductions, overtime, accruals, and related matters. • Verify sick and vacation benefit accrual balances for employees. • Notify employees of benefit eligibility. • Assist with benefits administration and be an information resource for employees. • Review benefit premium invoices for accuracy, and audit monthly. • Assist with Open Enrollment. • Assist with FMLA, LOA and Unemployment claims. • Assist with monthly QOC reporting, Bed Tax reporting, quarterly PBJ reporting and assure the daily labor report is posted at the facility. • Other tasks and duties as assigned. This is a full-time, work-from-home position. Qualifications: • 5 years of prior payroll and benefits experience. • Proficiency with payroll, benefits management and HRIS (Paycor) system. • Excellent follow-through and attention to detail. • Strong organizational skills. • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. *Competitive Salary * Comprehensive Healthcare Benefits * Paid Time Off * Equal Opportunity Employer*
