· Reaching out to set up meetings for the company to build career opportunities
Qualifications for Recruiting Coordinator
· Understanding of human resources policies and practices
· Ability to conduct various types of screens (phone)
· Knowledge of HR databases and candidate management systems
· Basic computer skills
· Ability to multitask and prioritize
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to work independently and with a team
· Familiar with job boards
