Full Job Description
The HR Data Management Analyst serves as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional areas with a focus on developing, implementing and maintaining appropriate changes, configuration and processes within the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) or other systems. They are charged with processing employee data, generating HR-related reports, managing system upgrades, and maintaining data integrity. This position will provide ongoing technical expertise and consultation to subject matter experts ensuring data integrity and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.
