Responsibilities:
Build organizational capability to support business priorities with strong employee relations and business partnering focus
Collaborate with corporate HR teams in the areas of talent acquisition, total rewards, and HR Technology to drive desired results
Own and drive local recruitment efforts for hourly workers by maintaining effective relationships with local staffing organizations
Define and manage local HR programs, processes, and guidelines for the Colorado office
Build and maintain relationships with local organizations to stay abreast of changing legislation, the local labor market, and conditions with potential to affect business outcomes
Drive, recommend, and at times manage creative strategies to address retention, employee engagement and leadership development
Drive effective new employee induction, performance management, and exit interviews
Manage the HR side of internal and external audits from Quality Management programs such as ISO 9001
Manage and own day-to-day tactical responsibilities of a local HR professional

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of progressive human resources experience in a manufacturing environment (hi-tech sector preferred) or equivalent combination of education and experience
Excellent knowledge of state and federal labor laws
HR Certification is a plus
Must have strong recruitment capabilities ideally in a manufacturing environment (semiconductor preferred)
Preferred experience working for a multinational/global organization
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
Ability to work well independently and proactively
Must be able to work flexible hours as needed to support a multi-shift manufacturing environment
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships across multiple levels and disciplines in the organization
Strong focus on execution and high-quality output with strong attention to detail
