Job Summary
Direct day-to-day warehousing and storage processes and programs for location.
Duties and Responsibilities
Essential
- Ensure Company safety standards are followed and promoted.
- Oversee the daily activities of the warehousing staff.
- Order product for warehouse.
- Assist in invoicing and ensure correct billing for customers.
- Unload product transport vehicles and ensure product is in correct location.
- Stock warehouse, fill buckets, drums, etc. for customer orders.
- Manage and direct inventory control processes for warehouse and yard.
- Oversee and complete cleaning, maintenance, pest control of warehouse and yard.
- Ensure loading/unloading area is ready for operation.
Additional
- Complete customer deliveries as needed.

Work Environment
- Typically work is performed in a warehouse or yard setting.
- Frequent work around equipment, machinery, and vehicles.
- Frequent work in dusty, wet, dirty environments and exposure to fuel and fuel fumes, oil, and grease.
- Frequent work in hot or cold environments.
Physical Demands
- Able to sit and stand for extended periods of time.
- Able to move about office setting to complete responsibilities.
- Able to move freely around work and customer sites.
- Able to climb stairs and ladders, kneel, bend, and stoop.
- Occasional use of phone, computer, and office equipment.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Able to move drums up to 400 lbs.
Travel

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Required
- Three or more years experience in warehouse operations, manufacturing, logistics, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills and able to learn company systems and processes.
- Adheres to the companys values and ethical expectations.
- Able to effectively multitask with a strong attention to detail.
- Able to obtain Company forklift certification.
- Strong customer service skills.
Preferred
- Five or more years experience in warehouse operations, manufacturing, logistics, or a related field.
- One or more years experience in a management role in a related field.
- Trade or technical school (Certificate or diploma) in an applicable field.
