Essential Duties:

• Clean dishes per procedures.
• Assist in keeping dining room wait station areas and equipment clean and orderly.
• Set up buffet.
• Maintain clean, ample supplies of dishes, flatware, glasses, and cups.
• Assist in food prep.
• Help maintain kitchen clean and in order
