We are seeking a highly skilled analytical Corporate Staff Accountant, with an emphasis on construction, who provides and assists in the execution of SRG accounting policies and procedures. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing accounting support to current and future construction projects.

• Monitoring spend on current projects
• Creating monthly summaries
• Providing analytics
• Facilitating between SRG’s Construction and Development Department and Accounting Team

The right candidate will be organized, detailed and able to stay on schedule while meeting critical deadlines.

Additional requirements include but are not limited to:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience in commercial or residential real estate.
• Experience in the senior living indudstry (preferred).
• Advanced computer (Excel and Yardi preferred), writing, and analytical skills.
• Practices the highest standards of ethics, honesty, integrity and accuracy in representing the community, its ownership, residents, and co-workers.
