Job description

Must be proficient in AccuData Payroll Software, Prevailing Wage Jobs, HR, 401K, PFL, ACA Reporting, Onboarding, Workplace Safety, Workers Comp, MWBE. Will also provide accounting support.

Salary: $65,000.00 – $67,000.00 per year

Payroll Specialist

Must be proficient in AccuData Payroll software.

Monitor daily time and attendance and verification of location using GPS Fleet Tracking.

Responsible for all aspects of bi-weekly payroll, employee changes, adjustments, etc.

Tracking of vacation and sick time accruals and balances.

Proficient in Excel, arrays, v-lookups, sumif, etc.

Onboarding of new employees and completion of I-9 forms, and related HR functions.

Experience with prevailing wage or union payrolls helpful.

Two years accounting experience desired.

Must be consistent and detail oriented.

Pay: $31.25 – $32.25 per hour
