SMG is looking to add an organized, detail-oriented Account Analyst to our Client Insights team. This role is a critical member of the team that directly interacts with clients to implement and support customer experience measurement programs. You’ll have the opportunity to build great client relationships, gain research and consulting skills, and make a real impact on the customer experience for big-name brands around the world.

Responsibilities: What you can expect in this role:
Work with Account Managers to develop, implement, and maintain long-term customer satisfaction programs across a variety of clients; coordinate cross-department workflows; communicate daily with internal and external stakeholders; assist with customer service helplines (answering client questions, providing solutions and insights); collaborate and interact with clients over the phone and via email; assist in the creation of client presentations.
