As our Media Buyer, your mission is to generate exclusive leads for home service companies by building and optimizing effective Facebook ad campaigns. Your expertise will ensure our clients achieve their expected lead flow, maintain a positive ROI, and hit all KPIs for their accounts. You’ll be an integral part of our team’s success, helping us achieve our mission of doubling or tripling the revenue of 500 home service companies.

Key Functions:

• Create and optimize Facebook ad campaigns for clients in the home service industry
• Conduct audience and competitive research to inform ad strategy and targeting
• Write effective ad copy that resonates with the target audience and drives lead generation
• Set up and monitor pixels to track performance and improve campaign outcomes
• Maintain a positive ROI and hit KPIs for client accounts
• Participate in weekly team meetings and communicate effectively with team members to ensure client success
• Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends, platforms, and tools to optimize campaign performance
• Provide excellent client support and troubleshoot any issues that arise
• Have outstanding follow-up and follow-through on all tasks and assignments
• Effectively communicate with clients and team members, providing simplified explanations for complex situations
• Strategically communicate the fundamentals and practices of traditional and non-traditional forms of media
• Assign new work for clients to members of our internal team
• Maintain a positive attitude and focus on solutions, not problems
• Other duties may arise from time to time and may be assigned to the employee

Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour
