The Professional Opportunity
Serving Spirit Home Care is seeking a person of integrity and compassion to help serve the elderly in their homes by assuming a significant role within our company as our Home Caregiver Scheduler. We are a mission-driven organization that is dedicated to significantly improving the lives of primarily seniors as they age and wherever they call “home”.
The Home Caregiver Scheduler is primarily accountable for ensuring that Serving Spirit Home Care’s Clients and Caregiver’s are strategically matched and available as required. The Home Caregiver Scheduler is expected to meet at a minimum and/or exceeds the needs and expectations of all our clients by providing them with the best home caregivers in the industry.
The Home Caregiver Scheduler is a well-organized person who takes ownership of responsibilities and exhibits passion, enthusiasm, a firm commitment to working cooperatively with fellow teammates. The Scheduler displays focus, creativity, a willingness to do whatever it takes to accomplish objectives, intolerance of mediocrity and inefficiency, perseverance, patience, the ability to work independently, and a continual drive for excellence. The Home Caregiver Scheduler reports directly to the Associate Director of Staffing & Technical Services. and has direct access when needed with the Sr. Director of Client Services.
