Overview:
The Facilities and Operations Manager is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day maintenance of the buildings, grounds, green areas, and houses directing janitorial and maintenance staff. Manage inventory of janitorial supplies and R&M parts. The Facilities Manager will execute daily and weekly repairs and do or coordinate preventive maintenance and facilities housekeeping. Ensure that facilities, houses, and all equipment is up to code in state and federal regulations as well as internal company policies.
