Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a HR Analyst for a Contract assignment with one of our premier Financial Services clients in Jersey City, NJ.Responsibilities:Responsible for capturing and maintaining employee and organizational data in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with EDM procedures and in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.The HR EDM team’s main responsibilities cover:- Employee Data Administration and Maintenance- Data GovernanceThis specific position requires a high degree of confidentiality and protection of data.Collaborate with HR stakeholders to support onboarding of new joiners and validation of employee data in HR information systemsResponsible for the administration of employee data attributes in HR systems (Jobs & Activities Directory-JAD codes, Severance/Separation agreements, Termination data, Dual Employment information, Visa information, and others)Proactively analyze current operational and business processes, make recommendations, and execute changes to improve compliance and efficiencyCollaborate with HR and business stakeholders on employee data-related projectsPerform reconciliations and monitor data integrity by identifying and resolving data discrepancies and data quality issues between PeopleSoft and other EDM systemsEnsure strict respect of Data Governance Principles across all Human Resources IT systems and databasesSupport internal and external data auditing, on a regular and ad hoc basisRequired Skills:Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fieldKnowledge of ERP systems (e.g. PeopleSoft, WorkDay, SAP)Strong Excel skillsExcellent written and verbal communication and attention to detailStrong organizational skillsAbility to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple deliverablesAble to work well independently and in a team environmentProven client service oriented mindsetDemonstrate ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with the respective HR and Business stakeholdersAbility to anticipate and identify business needs and recommend solutions to business problemsDesire to work as part of a diverse, multicultural teamPreferred Skills:1 to 3+ years of HR experienceWorking knowledge of US immigrationExperience with HR core processesKnowledge of the banking industrySGA is a technology and resource solutions provider driven to stand out.
