We are looking for someone that wants to join a growing SaaS startup as a dedicated Junior Logistics Coordinator to join a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Shipments: Schedule and track shipments to ensure timely delivery. Liaise with carriers and third-party logistics providers to resolve any issues.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels by updating records and conducting regular audits.
• Documentation: Prepare and manage shipping documents, including bills of lading, packing lists, and invoices.
• Customer Communication: Provide regular updates to customers regarding their delivery statuses and address any concerns they may have.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with the warehouse team, sales department, and other key stakeholders to streamline logistics processes.
• Problem-Solving: Identify logistical issues and implement effective solutions to mitigate delays and cost inefficiencies.
• Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with relevant regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business, or a related discipline preferred.
• Skills:
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Familiarity with logistics software and ERP systems is a plus.
