* Consults with hiring managers to understand roles and profiles of ideal candidates and provide full life cycle, recruiting support.
* Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management
* Create and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract high quality candidates and build talent pipelines include diverse candidates
* Reviews and assesses applicants experience, training and abilities to determine their fit for organizational roles
* Partner with key stakeholders to build and implement effective recruiting strategies and associated metrics
* Use data-driven metrics and analysis to tackle problems, define success and influence decision-making
* Design and maintain recruiting materials that build our brand and share our values with potential employees.
* Interview and prepare an ideal candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline
* Work with candidates through the interview process, moving quickly to create a seamless candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
* Clearly communicate status and progress on open positions and provide strategic guidance to hiring teams.
Requirements
* Two to four years progressive experience in recruiting, preferably in the healthcare field.
* BA/BS in human resources or other business-related field or equivalent combination of experience and education.
* Ability to travel to recruiting events.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
* Strong networking, sales and problem-solving skills.
* Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
* Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
* Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees.
* Ability to effectively work and communicate with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels.
* Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.
* Creative, flexible, and innovative team player.
* Commitment to excellence and high standards.
* Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
