Silverstein Eye Centers is seeking to replace its retiring administrator. The clinic has 4 doctors and a staff of 30. The candidate must possess 2 or more years of management experience. Professional skill set for this position must include HR experience, supervision of staff, accounts payable, payroll, Quickbooks, Word, Excel, and familiarity with medical billing. Personal attributes needed are Reliability, Problem solving, superior Communication skills, Punctuality, Initiative, Professionalism, and Organizational skills. IT experience is a plus. Compensation is commensurate with experience, 401k, health insurance, and PTO.

Pay: $90,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
