Area Vice President of Operations Opportunity Description

Our client is a well-established Licensed Home Care Service Agency in New York. They are looking for an Area Vice President of Operations. This person will oversee all operations in New York City and the surrounding areas, so some daily travel is to be expected. Clinician not required. NY state Private Duty / Private Pay Skilled and Non-Skilled Home Care experience is a must. Must be a tech savvy, data-driven, and hands-on leader.

Area Vice President of Operations Job Requirements

• Private-Duty / Personal Home Care multi-site operations leadership experience required.
• Experience with Medicaid, Managed Care, Insurance, and Private Pay reimbursement sources and NY regulations.
• Must be able to manage financials.
• Must be able to travel throughout NY as required.

Area Vice President of Operations Responsibilities

• Oversite of day-to-day operations of multiple HC branches and their leadership.
• Help improve processes.
• Work with senior leadership to develop and implement operational and growth strategies.
