Sinjin Texas- Tier 1 GM Supplier is Hiring a Human Resource Manager

Assists management in planning, development, implementation and evaluation of HR activities. Involves effective administration of existing programs in accordance with policies and procedures with areas of focus on employee engagement, leadership development and compliance. Plans and administers policies relating to all phases of human resources activity.

• Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
• Recruit, interview, and assist with hiring Sinjin employees.
• Handles discipline of employees in accordance with company policies.
• Administer all employee benefits including insurance.
• Identifies staffing and recruiting needs; develops and executes best hiring and talent management practices.
• Act with management in instituting work system improvements that positively impact business profitability and raise employee engagement.
• Educate, coach, and counsel members on job performance, employee development, and diversity to build work teams that fully contribute to meeting or exceeding business goals. Provides guidance on constructive and timely performance evaluations.
• Educate and coach management on company policies, work rules, and applicable federal and state regulations to ensure fair and consistent delivery of human resources products and services.
• Promote and participate in the planning and implementing of communication strategies that deliver accurate, consistent, and timely information on business issues and employee concerns.
• Research and introduce human resources best practice concepts to ensure that the organization utilizes leading-edge human resources technology and proactively considers new strategies.
• Champion and facilitator for change management, performance & development, and people development.
• Investigates and resolves employee relations issues.
• Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment.
• Facilitates training on HR related topics
• Performs other duties as required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Four years of HR experience

• HR Management: Three years (Preferred)

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
• HR Certification preferred
• Expertise in HR policies and procedures
• Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations
• High level of professionalism and discretion
• Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability self-motivate and meet deadlines
• Ability to commute to Arlington, TX 76011

(Salary from $70,000 per year)
