As a Human Resources Team Member at the Thrill Capital of New England

You’ll contribute to our mission by:

• Assisting employees through the onboarding process, including verifying required forms and documents
• Assisting employees with any concerns that may arise through our their employment, with a focus on team member care and friendliness
• Enforcing and relaying information regarding company polices and procedures
• Answering phone lines, answering employee questions and directing calls as needed
• Filing paperwork efficiently and accurately for all employee personnel files; Maintaining proper record keeping standards
• Assisting in making phone calls to schedule interviews, follow up with applicants, and return employee calls
• Sorting and issuing paychecks on a weekly basis
• Maintaining a professional image at all times
• Being knowledgeable of Six Flags policies and procedures
• Assisting in other areas of the Human Resources department as needed

You’ll do it with your:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows Operating System
• Ability to work in a confidential environment
• Superior phone etiquette
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety
• Ability to interact in a professional and positive manner
• Sense of fun
• Friendly, outgoing personality, and ability to address team member concerns
• Ability to read, speak, write, and understand the English language
