Driver’s License (Must)
High end collision and body shop is looking for a motivated and friendly individual to join our team!
We are looking for a flex position between estimating and managing the day to day activities in a luxury auto body/collision shop.
Responsibilities Include but not limited to:
-Managing employees
-Forecasting and delegating jobs on a timely manner, while focusing on extreme quality
-Greeting Customers, providing quotes and time tables and following up
-Identifying the damage on a vehicle (Repair vs Replace)
-Identifying pre-existing damage
-Writing estimates with insurance company guidelines
-Prior knowledge ordering parts with vendors to facilitate the ordering process for the job
– Estimating the hours needed to complete the job
-Having experience with an estimating platform a must-CCC1, Mitchell
-Negotiating with insurance adjusters, and getting supplemental claims a must
-Receiving Parts from Vendors- Making sure they are all accounted for, marked and allocated to the proper job
-Returning parts
-Must have experience working at an Auto Body Shop.
-Ability to jump on a job in times of need.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 – $104,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
- Commission pay
Experience:
- Auto estimating: 4 years (Required)
- Auto body repair: 2 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- Driver’s License (Required)
