As one of the largest memory manufacturers in the world, SK Hynix will encourage you to maintain global demand for SK hynix’s DRAM/NAND products through engaging customer roadmap alignment, identifying new business opportunities, developing customer relationships, and recommending optimal solutions for new and existing tasks.
This role will be responsible for assuring SK hynix emerging technology leadership to be maintained and leading the next generation of memory-centric architecture using your expertise in computer system and SW technologies including open source tools to demonstrate benefits and use cases.
Responsibilities:
- Direct interaction with customers for order acknowledgement and delivery schedules
- Provide the solution when the customer related issues occurs, such as logistics, customer credit limit, RMA discrepancy, etc.
- Order management from entering the order in SAP to final shipment
- Deliver order creation, RMA, sample distribution
- Maintain communications with HQ to delivery management through the complete logistical cycle from factory to customer
Requirements:
- BA/BS preferred
- 2-5 years sales operations experience in semiconductor industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill
- Outstanding analytical and interpersonal skills
- Strong proficiency with office software including PowerPoint, Excel, Word
- Experience in SAP for Sales Operation
- Experienced with sales operations process, logistic, and inventory management
