Skilled Sourcing Hiring for Virtual Real Estate Recruiter at Remote Full Time

We are currently seeking a Real Estate Agent Recruiter to help meet the talent acquisition needs of our clients. This is a part–time position working between 10-30 hours per week but could go full-time quickly. Please note that this is 1099 contractor opportunity that will pay $20 per hour.

We are virtually embedded into our client’s business through our RPO services.

Responsibilities include:

• Contact potential real estate agents via phone, text and email.
• Work with real estate agency-provided lists and/or online platforms with candidate names and phone numbers.
• Post open positions on job boards and across applicable social media platforms.
• Build relationships with candidates throughout the recruiting process.
• Document call outcomes in spreadsheet or client-provided online platform.
• Other recruiting duties, as assigned.

Required Experience:

• Minimum of 1 years of experience in real estate recruiting in a corporate (preferred) or agency environment.
• We are looking for someone who can work remotely from the U.S.

Preferred Experience:

• Adaptable, resilient, and able to thrive among shifting priorities.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
