Skin and Cancer Institute is the premiere and fastest growing dermatology provider on the west coast with offices in CA, NV and AZ.
This position requires a broad marketing and advertising background, effectively combining project management, creative and analytical skills, with a proven track record of developing and deploying compelling communications tactics that are -on strategy, -on time and -on budget.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
1. Develop overall media strategy, annual/campaign specific media plans, with current trends and insights to optimize spend and performance.
2. Plan and execute all web, PPC, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, digital/traditional display media campaigns with the overall media team
3. Utilize web analytics tools to optimize marketing campaigns (email, social media, display and search advertising).
4. Measure and report performance on all digital/traditional campaigns and assess against goals (ROIs and KPIs).
5. Establishes functional goals, objectives and operating procedures/workflows for media projects and socializes amongst department staff.
Education and/or Experience:
1. Bachelor degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or Graphic Design preferred
2. 4 years in marketing or advertising within healthcare with a proven track-record of handling complex assignments and delivering measurable results.
3. Working knowledge of creative development and production (in particular campaign development, digital and print advertising).
4. Experience in media planning, buying, tracking and reporting.
5. Proven success employing digital and social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.to drive engagement and lead generation.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: $49,886.00 – $65,000.00 per year
