Quality, Safety and ISO (QSI) Manager
Where: Oak Ridge, Tennessee (Department of Energy)

Skookum is seeking a dedicated and reliable QC Safety Manager with a positive attitude. This individual will be responsible for managing, both operational and administratively, the local Quality, Safety, and ISO division requirements. The position works closely with the local Skookum Division and QSI Home Office Team in organizing, documenting and problem solving to meet those requirements.
Typical duties include but are not limited to:
Support the overall success of the division and division managers to include communication division data reporting and reviews.
QSI Manager has full authority and responsibility for assuring performance objectives and standards identified in the contract and ensures they are met.
Participate in cross functional teams as required to meet relevant requirements, collaborate and review system reporting and internal processes.
Provide training and development plans for group personnel and enforce Skookum policies.
Develop and manage strategies for customer support and service documentation.
Create knowledge database for both the site use and home office reference.
Maintain professionalism in both appearance and demeanor.
Travel as required to offices region wide and home office.
High School Diploma/GED is required.
At least 3 years of experience in General Safety and Quality.
ISO Auditor Training and familiarity with military equipment.
Knowledge and ability to operate Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid State Driver’s license required with the ability to obtain and maintain coverage by Skookum’s insurance company.
Must be able to obtain and maintain applicable security clearances as background checks will be conducted for this position.
A Department of Energy (DOE) pre-employment medical examination and drug screening are required. Candidates must meet federal guidelines in order to be considered for this position.
