Currently, we are looking for a Marketing Account Manager to join our Franchise Division!

The Marketing Account Manager is responsible for consulting, planning and coaching our franchise partners and guiding internal corporate team members to effectively drive revenue.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line input to Franchise Partners and/or Field Operations team members when marketing expertise is needed in situations such as guidance for winning in a highly-competitive market, establishing co-operative marketing programs between Franchise Partners, etc.
• Provide strategic thought leadership for local marketing initiatives for the Circus Trix Franchise Division.
• Works in collaboration with Sr. Manager, Field Marketing, to develop tools that encourage and enable flawless execution of revenue-generating local marketing programs. These tools and resources include but are not limited to playbooks, sales driving and best practice hot sheets, planning tools, etc., and will be used by the Franchise Division Field Operations team to more effectively guide Franchise Partners, as well as by Franchise Partners and park leadership.
• Marketing lead for devising and implementing new local promotion testing to find winners that can be rolled out across the Sky Zone network.
• Partner with the Field Operations team to provide effective guidance to the franchise network that drives success at the park level including:
  • Foster an environment of idea sharing among the Sky Zone network
  • Diagnose market opportunities and challenges, create plans/programs to address them, and help track the impact of these plans
  • Gather, validate and share best practices for increasing network involvement

Qualifications:

• Bachelors’ Degree; Marketing concentration preferred
• Minimum two years of experience in Marketing, Account Management, and/or Agency Media Planning; direct involvement with franchise and operations leaders preferred
• Understanding of the major forms of media with an emphasis digital marketing
• Outstanding communication skills (both oral and written) coupled with the ability to articulate clearly.
• Strong ability to build relationships, work well with, and influence across all levels of the organization and network
• Strong analytical skills to aid in problem diagnosis and problem solving
• Self-directed with the ability to exercise independent judgment
• Willing to travel up to 5% of time to attend meeting, Franchise HQ office visits and perform in-market evaluations.
• Previous experience effectively working in a remote environment is a plus
