We are looking for a HRIS Manager (Human Resource Information Services Manager) that has at least 5-10 years of experience.
You will be leading and developing staff and building relationships with management throughout the organization.
This role will report to Director- HRIS.
Duties:
Plan and direct the strategy and ongoing administration of the Human Resources Information Systems – Workday to support short and long-term organization goals, enable efficiency, collaboration, and innovation
Oversees the specification, development, and implementation of global HR processes and procedures
Provide guidance to the team on rolling out new features and processes
Manages the optimization initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Reviews and approves changes to processes and functionality prior to deployment
Manage recruiting and training employees, developing personal growth opportunities
Responsible for maintaining data integrity in Workday
Leads HR system projects, including upgrades, standard maintenance, and new implementations
Manages Analytics and data governance
Plays a key role in acquisition-related activities
Analyzes and resolves complex system issues, working with system vendors and business owners as needed
Adheres to established service level agreements for configuration, security, and HR system support
Manages controls and governance of systems and processes
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
Demonstrates an ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Ability to communicate effectively and utilize interpersonal and organizational skills to
Minimum seven years relevant experience required
Workday experience preferred
Ability to maintain confidential information
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Strong customer service commitment
Flexibility, willingness to work in a change-filled environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously with frequent interruptions

Pay: $105,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year
