SlingShot ConnectionS Hiring for Shipping Export Coordinator – AES Experience Required at Fremont, CA Full Time

Shift: 9:00 AM- 5:30 PM

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Help w/ repetitive tasks– filing/transferring information from an invoice
• Coordinating shipment info with Freight Drivers (informing when shipments are ready to go)
• Files EEI (Electronic Export Information) in customs ACE system for export shipments.
• Monitors and updates any export changes to EEI filings.
• Collect orders from our BPO team
• Review Commercial invoices for accuracy and add to pick up template.
• Communicate with the warehouse to locate missing shipments.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

• Proficient in data entry and Microsoft Excel
• AES experience required
• Seeks constant improvement, more efficient and less expensive ways and means in work processes.
• Performs special projects and other miscellaneous duties as assigned by supervisor / manager.
• Maintains high ethical standards in the work place.
• Reports all irregular issues and problems to management for solution.
• Maintains good communication with other managers, staff & outside contacts.
• Complies with all company policies and procedures.
• HS education preferred but not required
