Smart Digital Tech Hiring for Experienced Low Voltage Technician Job at Hatfield, PA Full Time

Smart Digital Tech is a growing Low Voltage / IT Services company located in Hatfield Bucks County PA. We provide professional data cabling installation and IT support services to our commercial clients in the Bucks, Montgomery, Lehigh Valley and Philadelphia areas. We are currently looking to hire an experienced low voltage data installer to help support our customers. Our installers provide Ethernet, Fiber and Audio cabling installations for Security Camera Systems, Data and Voice Cabling, PA Systems, Digital Signage and Access Control Systems.

The Experienced Low Voltage Tech candidate must have a minimum of 1-2 years in the telecom industry or a similar field with low voltage cabling experience. Understanding of computer networks, audio cable installation and home automation services is a plus. Candidate must have a positive attitude, be able to work independently and on team projects. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Required skills:

• Experience with Security Camera Installation and Access Control Systems.
• Installation of ethernet cabling Cat6, Cat6a, Fiber Optic and Audio cabling.

• Installation of Keystone Jacks outlets, pulling cable, fire stopping and termination including organizing, dressing and labeling cables to industry standards

• Installation of support structures such as ladders, racks, and J-hooks.
• Capable of testing low voltage cable including fiber.
• Experience installing voice and data systems in commercial environments.

• Strong attention to detail, quality and cleanliness.

• Professional attitude and appearance.
• Must have a valid and clean drivers license.

Compensation: Commensurate with experience.

Required education:

• High school or equivalent

Required experience: Minimum 1-2 years Low Voltage Cabling Experience.

Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour
