Offers support and advice to clients within the field of Human Resources. Responsible for coordinating a wide range of human resource functions for clients, including but not limited to recruiting, interviewing, and hiring staff, assisting with performance appraisals and corrective actions, maintaining good relations with staff, and ensuring that Company personnel are knowledgeable about human resource policies and programs. Provides recommendations on the development and administration of human resource policies and programs. Performs the onboarding process and helps educate new hires on human resources policies and programs as needed. Offers general office support functions and assists area personnel as necessary. Manages the human resources information system, maintains and updates employee records as well as the established training program. Update job descriptions and help with salary administration processes. Provides support to management staff. Submits reports as assigned or requested. Performs clerical functions among other additional functions. Willing to travel around the island as needed.
