We’re looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join the People team!
What you’ll do:
Assist in our efforts of finding the best talent for Snap Inc. by ensuring the best possible candidate experience.
Collaborate with your recruiting partners to facilitate our global interview processes, while acting as liaison between recruiting partners and candidates.
Schedule and facilitate all phone, video, and onsite interviews
Communicate daily with recruiters, candidates, hiring managers, interviewers, and other parties involved with the interview process
Host candidates while onsite and ensure a world class candidate experience
Maintain personal and team metrics such as interview volume and weekly progress reports
Take on additional projects as needed
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Someone with a knack for organization and finding creative solutions to problems
An effective problem solver and able to make decisions quickly
Able to work well in high volume scenarios
An effective communicator who enjoys building new relationships
Someone who’s passionate about providing a world-class candidate experience
Experience with online systems, calendar tools, and the Google suite
Minimum Qualifications:
BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience
0-2+ years or related experience
Preferred Qualifications:
1+ years of coordination experience, recruiting or HR
