HR Manager Job Description:
In this role, you will be responsible for using your HR leadership to recruit and manage salaried and hourly employees’ onboarding, benefits, succession planning, workers comp, and more. This individual reports to the President of the company. This role will require you to be a strategic, collaborative, and analytical HR leader who is capable of bringing creative, innovative thinking to resolve complex business, and HR-related challenges. You will have a track record of managing employee engagement, retention, career planning, and performance management while anticipating challenges and providing solutions that add value and promote a culture of employee collaboration and inclusion.
