What We Are Looking For

We are looking for an enthusiastic sales & marketing specialist to join our sales department and provide creative ideas to help achieve our goals. You will have administrative duties in developing and implementing sales & marketing strategies. As a sales & marketing specialist, you will collaborate with our marketing and sales team in all stages of sales & marketing campaigns. Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand and maintain our sales & marketing channels. This internship will help you acquire sales, marketing skills and provide you with knowledge of various sales & marketing strategies. Ultimately, you will gain broad experience in marketing and should be prepared to enter any fast paced work environment.

Responsibilities

• Collect quantitative and qualitative data from sales & marketing campaigns
• Perform sales & market analysis and research on competition
• Support the sales & marketing team in daily administrative tasks
• Assist in sales & marketing and advertising activities (e.g. social media, direct mail and web)
• Prepare presentations, materials for meetings
• Help distribute ales & marketing materials
• Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)
• Help organize marketing events

Skills

• Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
• Solid understanding of different sales & marketing techniques
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Familiarity with marketing computer software and online applications
• Passion for the sales & marketing industry and its best practices’

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

• Richmond, VA 23219: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Experience:

• Marketing: 1 year (Required)
