Socket Telecom, LLC Hiring for HR Generalist at Columbia, MO Full Time

As the HR Generalist, you will provide a broad knowledge of human resources disciplines and functions while you work to coordinate recruitment and onboarding, as well as support personnel management, training opportunities and company culture initiatives. You will be an essential contributor to an experienced, diverse and growing staff population that values the existing healthy and well-established company culture.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate talent acquisition and recruitment processes
• Develop job requisitions and post on designated websites
• Coordinate resume/application review and interview scheduling
• Interview job applicants and obtain and verify background information.
• Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
• Coordinate internal onboarding processing
• Provide internal customer service support to employees in various HR-related topics
• Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
• Undertake tasks around performance management
• Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics gathered from HR software and other reliable data sources
• Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
• Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities
• Assist with compensation and benefit plans
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations
• Assist with various research and special projects
• Coordinate essential HR functions with other staff, such as HR Intern and Office Manager
• Coordinate the development and implementation of a various culture and wellness related programs

Requirements:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred OR a minimum of 3 years human resources specific experience.
