What are we looking for?
SoftPro is seeking a Real Estate Documents Project Owner/Documents Developer to join our awesome team. You can be located in our Raleigh, NC office or as a remote employee.
What will I do as a Documents Project Owner/Documents Developer?
In this position, you will:
- Manage custom document projects throughout the customers’ implementation process.
- Own all aspects of the projects, including but not limited to, project creation, review, requirement gathering, development/unit testing efforts and online conference meetings with your clients and other departments.
- Maintain the highest quality of documents to support your customer’s needs.
- Understand the design aspects of MS Word and possess the ability to learn SPML based proprietary document coding language.
What will I need to be successful as a Documents Project Owner/Documents Developer?
- A comprehensive understanding of a real estate transaction, both title and escrow related
- Thorough knowledge of the documents used throughout the Real Estate Closing and Title Insurance industry
- Advanced skills with MS Office: Excel, Word and Outlook
- Must be a team player, flexible and exhibit excellent communications skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to quickly learn new software
- 10% US travel is required
- Prior development skills and/or MS Team Foundation Server experience a plus!
