Entry Level Staff Accountant

QUAD is currently seeking a highly polished Entry Level Staff Accountant for a company located in Langhorne, PA. Hybrid work environment.

The Staff Accountant will be responsible for supporting day to day accounting activities for the organization’s advisory team, including AP, assisting with reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.

Responsibilities of the Staff Accountant

• Overseeing all AP functions, including credit card statement and check and bank requests review and verification
• Preparing bank reconciliations and account analysis, and handling bank deposits
• Preparing budget to actual analyses, financial statements, and other internal reports
• Maintenance of databases and worksheets for reporting and tracking
• Ad hoc projects as determined by management

Requirements of the Staff Accountant

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 0-3 years’ accounting experience
• QuickBooks preferred
• Microsoft Office proficiency, with emphasis on Excel (VLOOKUP’s, pivot tables, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
• Willingness to learn
