You will have the opportunity to learn e-commerce and how to run a business end to end. You will work closely with multiple facets of the business including sales, operations, marketing/advertising including social media as well as all online advertising, and production. We are passionate about our products and we want to make sure you are too. We want to allow you to have the best experience possible. Our customers and our artisans are what keeps us running so you will need to have great personable customer service skills.

As Influencer & Partnerships Manager, you will:

• Spearhead all relationship-based growth marketing channels including affiliate, partnerships, influencers, youtube, podcast, and more.
• Your focus will be direct-response first, and brand-building second.
• Source and vet new opportunities, lock them in, scale them, and manage the ongoing relationships.
• Innovate across the broader SOLS arm to drive cross functional initiatives that improve DTC experience (e.g. holiday, partnerships,etc)
• Prepare and analyze reports

You’ll be enabled with new skills and opportunities to become an expert in e-commerce influencer marketing and running a business. You will work closely with our Co-founder. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 – $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
