SOLUTE Hiring For C5I/JICO Subject Matter Expert at Virginia Full Time

SOLUTE is looking for a former JICO and C5I Subject Matter Expert to join the SMWDC IAMD team in the execution of tactical training. You will assist, contribute and facilitate operator/student set-up, operations and trouble-shooting of C5I and mission planning systems (e.g., Link Monitoring and Management Tool (LMMT, Aegis Mission Planner, and IAMD Toolkit air defense applications, and others)) within the courses of instruction delivered by SMWDC. You will support the facilitators to train, assist and facilitate training audience’s operations and trouble-shooting of C4I system (e.g., Common Data Link Management Systems (CDLMS), Global Command and Control Systems-Maritime (GCCS-M)), as well as provide represent fleet TTPs within combat systems laboratories (IWSL, ATRC Labs, etc.) during validation and verification events.

Requirements

• Possess current Security Clearance of SECRET at time of proposal submission.

• A minimum of 10 years of military experience, and/or relevant industry, and/or government experience with surface navy’s combat systems, C5I, networks, and weapon systems. A minimum of 8 years of experience must be military.
• Strike Group, Fleet, or Major Training Command, Systems Testing Command or similar military organization planning experience
• Five (5) years of experience as a JICO or as a CG ICO (AQD LT1) with CSG deployment experience.
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative assessment methods to support war-fighting readiness, capabilities, and capacity evaluations.
• Experience using the Microsoft Office suite of programs (Access, Excel, Power Point, Project and Word).
