The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Plant and Regional Human Resources Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
Providing direct HR leadership for the Brookings, South Dakota manufacturing site as well as regional leadership that includes one additional manufacturing site in Eden Prairie, MN and one distribution center in Forest City, Iowa.
Being a member of the Global Supply Chain HR leadership team shaping the future global people plans in partnership with peers across the HR organization
Collaborating with manufacturing and distribution center leaders in the development and implementation of key human resource initiatives
Influencing and guiding plant leadership team and site employees in various aspects such as short- and long-range planning and conflict resolution
Guiding the facilitation of performance management through counseling and coaching others on the processes
Driving site engagement and inclusion priorities
Ensuring local policy development and refresh to meet the changing needs of clients and employees
Involvement in other HR related activities and projects
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution and ten (10) years of Human Resources experience in a private, public, government, or military environment
Prior experience working as an HR leader in a mid-large size manufacturing environment
Current, valid Driver’s License
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Possess expertise equivalent to that which would be obtained in a master’s degree or higher in a human resources field
Prior experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment
Prior experience working across multiple states
Possess expertise equivalent to that which is needed to obtain SPHR or PHR certification
Work location:
Onsite: Brookings, South Dakota
Travel: May include up to 10% domestic only
Relocation Assistance: May be authorized
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (eg, H1B status).

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $183,301 – $224,034, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (eg, Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
