Exciting opportunity to join a successful and growing company that has been in business over 100 years! We have a great 1st shift customer service career opportunity with our client located in Brookfield on a great team!
If you have great customer service skills and thrive in a fast paced dynamic environment this is a great opportunity to work 1st shift 8am-4:30pm Monday-Friday!
- Respond to customer inquiries via email (60%), phone (40%) regarding product availability, pricing quotes, placing orders, shipment tracking etc for custom office products for multiple product lines
- Assisting customers with placing website orders
- Resolving customer concerns with products issues with orders damaged in shipment, or other product issues
- Working with a variety of accounts from large national business accounts, small businesses as well as consumer accounts
