Job Description

Group Home Staff to work part or full time providing on-site supervision of adults who have severe, persistent mental illness. Prefer at least one year of experience providing services for adults with mental illness and/or corresponding coursework in Human Service/Psychology. Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a treatment team, knowledge of application of behavior modification and crisis intervention skills, and ability to manage detailed paperwork.
