South River Pediatrics, LLC Hiring for Medical Billing Representative Job at Edgewater, MD Full Time

Requirements:

• Medical Billing: 3 years’ experience.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent Required.
• Billing Certification or experience in Pediatric billing is a plus.
• E.H.R. experience with Office Practicum is preferred but not required.
• Strong CPT/ICD-10 coding experience.
• Experience with HMO, PPO, & MCO billing procedures.
• Working knowledge of full scope revenue cycle management process required; from encounter/claim creation, payments/EOBs, A/R follow up, guarantor cycle.
• Exceptional customer service skills required. Telephone etiquette is a must.
• Must have the ability to effectively communicate with patients, providers, and team members.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred but not required.
• Work schedule: Monday-Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm, Friday 7:30am-12:00pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour
