Southeast Petro is currently looking for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will partner with the management team, support employee and cultural strategies. They will oversee training programs, manage the company’s appraisal process, monitor employee performance processes, employee relations matters and concerns, employee engagement, benefits and rollout communications, deliver accurate and timely merit reviews, health and safety program, and payroll.
