The Manager of Human Resources will provide focused support in all areas of human resources for SFE’s teams and multiple business units including Operations, C&N Operations, Sales, Finance and Culinary. This will include significant focus on organization development & design, management/leadership development as well as staffing on-boarding. This individual will support the senior leaders in each of these areas.
Responsibilities:
· Oversee and partner with legal and labor relations team regarding all union negotiation and interaction.
Desired Skills, Experience, and Abilities:
· 8 – 10 years of progressive HR generalist experience.
· BA/BS in Human Resources or another related subject.
· PHR/SPHR and Master’s degree highly preferred.
· A strong team player for the HR Leadership team is essential. A strong HR Leader for the partnering with business units and functions is also essential.
· Demonstrated ability to understand business strategies/needs and translate those into HR needs, strategies, programs, processes and tools.
· Experience/ability to work effectively in an entrepreneurial, high growth, high demand environment.
· Demonstrated ability to build relationships across all levels and all types of organizations. Focus on resolving issues/creating solutions that move the organization’s business strategy forward and maximize the opportunity for employees’ successful contributions.

Physical Demands & Work Environment
Be able to work in a sitting position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours)
Typically, normal office environment but frequent visits to the industrial kitchen environment.
